Stability & Freedom: A Late Autumn Yoga Retreat
Yoga • Guided Hiking • Horseback Riding • Rest
River Mountain Retreat Center
November 19–22 (3 Nights)
As the year begins to wind down, we arrive at a natural threshold, one that invites reflection, integration, and release.
This 3-night retreat at River Mountain offers space to reconnect with what is steady within you, while also remembering your innate sense of freedom.
Through daily yoga, guided hikes, and a horseback riding experience through nature, we explore the balance between grounding and movement, rootedness and expansion. Set across 150 acres of open wilderness, this retreat blends twice daily yoga, and guided hikes through changing autumn landscapes that invite you into a deeper relationship with nature, movement, and presence.
Late autumn is a season of harvest and letting go. Together, we’ll reflect on what has grown, what has been gathered, and what is ready to be released. In returning to nature, we return to ourselves, clearing space, restoring perspective, and reconnecting to a quieter, more instinctive way of being.
Expect nourishing practices, time outdoors, meaningful connection, and space to listen inward as the year comes to a close. This is more than a getaway; it’s a recalibration.
