Three Queens After-School Movement Club
Powered by the B3 Fearless Foundation is an elevated physical education experience for grades 5-8.

The Movement Club offers an engaging introduction to SkySafe Training - a comprehensive training program focused on self-protection. Students will gain insights from expert specialists in strength & conditioning, self-defense, and yoga & mindfulness, fostering a supportive network of mentors in a fun environment. 

Fall 2025 15-week curriculum:

  1. Weeks 1-5: Be Prepared - Students gain foundational movement instruction, emphasizing physical readiness through expert-curated strength and conditioning programs. Your child will develop technical strength, speed, and agility to enhance their ability to respond effectively in various situations.

  2. Weeks 6-10: Be Aware - Students learn technical and tactical self-defense skills that teach them when and how to deploy specific techniques in various situations. This series builds your child’s understanding of situational awareness and practical application.

  3. Weeks 11-15: Be Empowered - Students practice yoga for empowerment and holistic well-being, fostering mental and emotional resilience.

  • *Due to early dismissal, there will be no class 11/26. All students receive a free Three Queens Yoga class on 11/26, accompanied by 1 adult. Please view the schedule here, and we hope to have you both join us on 11/26! 

By enrolling in B3's Movement Club at Three Queens Yoga, you’re not only giving your child an opportunity to access life-saving training, you’re also contributing to a vital cause. A portion of program proceeds support B3's free community programs, making these essential skills accessible to all.

Class Schedule:

  • 3:30-4pm - Kids arrive, free time/snack time. Permission slips are required for self-dismissal from school.

  • 4-5pm - Class

  • 5pm - Kids picked up promptly from the studio at 5pm. Permission slips required for self-dismissal from studio.

$630 EARLY BIRD BY 8/3, $675 AFTER.

$50 drop-in classes open for any spots remaining after the start of the program.

Cancellation Policy:

We are unable to provide refunds after the start of the program, but if you need to cancel for any reason, your registration can be transferred to a full donation to B3. 

No make-up classes available. On a case-by-case basis, students may be eligible to redeem a Three Queens Yoga class for an excused absence.

    Location: Three Queens Yoga studio at 410 Monroe Street, Philadelphia, PA.

    • Weeks 6–10 “Be Aware”: Tactical self-defense techniques and situational awareness

    • Weeks 11–15 “Be Empowered”: Yoga-based empowerment, mental resilience

  • No class that day, but participants and one adult companion are invited to a free yoga session at Three Queens on November 26, with signup details in the club schedule .

    • Early Bird (by August 3): $630

    • Regular (after August 3): $675

    • Drop-in: $50 per class, if spots remain after program start ..

  • No refunds once the program begins.

    Cancellations can be converted into full donations to B3 Foundation.

    • 3:30–4:00 PM: Arrival, snack/free time (permission slip required for self-dismissal from school)

    • 4:00–5:00 PM: Movement Club class

    • 5:00 PM: Pick-up (permission slip required for self-dismissal from studio) .

  • Yes! A portion of program fees supports B3 Fearless Foundation’s free community programs, helping expand access to these vital life skills .

  • After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing a registration form and liability waiver. Be sure to complete those before the first class
