Restorative Yoga: A Mindful Practice

Join mindfulness and restorative yoga teacher, Erick DuPree and restore the body and soothe the mind. Invite deep states of rest, relaxation, and destress.  This calming and soothing practice uses props such as blankets, bolsters and extended time in poses to encourage deeper states of relaxation to nurture the body towards states of healing. 

Typical restorative classes with Erick include: guided breath-work, optional gentle hands on healing touch with therapeutic grade essential oil, and yoga nidra savasana.  Perfect for those looking to unwind, decompress, heal injury and old wounds in a safe, secure and empowered setting. 

Students refer to Erick’s restoratives as “artisanal napping” and a “not to be missed” monthly offering.

Erick DuPree is a restorative yoga teacher with advanced training, assisting and mentoring by international yoga therapist and master restorative yoga expert Jillian Pranksy. Erick is also a certified trainer in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction by Drs Saki Santorelli and Jon Kabat-Zinn.
