Before we all hibernate for winter (hello, Netflix and chill time), let’s gather with friends and chow down on the bounty of gorgeous foods fall brings—all the squash, all the Brussels sprouts, ALL the pumpkin desserts.
On November 6th, Three Queens Yoga and Reap Wellness are coming together at Shot Tower Coffee for a Harvest Dinner, celebrating all of our favorite seasonal foods, and we’d love to see you there. There, you’ll find a beautiful plant-based spread of dishes spun out of the hearty produce fall provides us with, made by Reap Wellness’s Zach Rice; Three Queens Yoga’s Mariel Freeman will share some inspiring thoughts on shedding what you don’t need for winter so you can bloom into your best self come spring; and health coach Adjua Fisher of Reap Wellness will be around to answer personal questions on maintaining your health and wellness during these colder months. Think of it as an evening to build community, share insight, laugh, and, of course, eat and drink (the dinner is BYOB, so feel free to pop some champagne!).
