Adriana Adelé and Alanna Gardner, MFT are teaming up to hold space before the hectic holidays and offer practices to help you through the season festivities. The holidays can be a time of joy and celebration as well as stress, obligation and anxiety, regardless of family dynamics. This session will include a yoga asana slow flow, self-massage techniques and breath work followed by an open discussion giving you strategies to tackle anxiety, challenging interpersonal dynamics, and prioritize self-care so that you can tap into the holiday spirit.
