Larry will lead you through a sequence of hip postures that are designed to release muscular tension in the hips, increase circulation in the legs, alleviate back pain, and reduce stress. This workshop will explore both the engagement and stabilization of the hip muscles as well as the flexibility and mobility of the pelvic region. Improving alignment and releasing tension in the hips will lead to clarity, creativity, relaxation, stress release, and overall well-being.
