This multi-week course in mindfulness promotes stress reduction, health, self-awareness and well-being. This is a highly participatory, experiential and practical course includes:

Gentle stretching and mindful yoga
Inquiry exercises to enhance awareness in everyday life
Group dialogue and small group exercises
