This multi-week course in mindfulness promotes stress reduction, health, self-awareness and well-being. This is a highly participatory, experiential and practical course includes:
- Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
- Gentle stretching and mindful yoga
- Inquiry exercises to enhance awareness in everyday life
- Group dialogue and small group exercises
- Home assignments
Erick is trainer in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction with UMASS Medical Center for Mindfulness. He has studied with leading experts Drs. Saki Santorelli and Jon Kabat Zin, as well as therapeutic yoga and mindfulness teacher, Jillian Pransky. Erick personal sadhana is Zen.
