We hear about the "core" so often in yoga classes, yet it can feel vague and elusive during practice. Many of us are unclear on what it is, how it moves, and how we can fully access it's power. Join Alex for this anatomy and movement exploration in demystifying the muscles of the core, and learn how to engage them more fully!
