Bring the joy of yoga to your children.  Yoga for kids is a great way for children to learn how to reduce stress, as well as improve concentration, mood, balance, and flexibility.  And best of all, kids think yoga is fun!.

Weekly Classes at Three Queens Yoga

Yoga helps kids get in touch with their bodies, strengthen and relax their muscles, and develop coordination, focus, and confidence.
All OUr Children's Teachers are Specially Trained, Meet Federal & State Regulations for Working with ChilDren and believe in the Power of play.  

Yoga at Three Queens is all about fun. You child will practice kid-style asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing) in a playful, supportive, and safe environment. Through experiential games we use sound, visualization, and imagination as a way to deepen a child’s sense of awareness and inter-connection.

Each class ends with a period of relaxation and aromatherapy. Children are encouraged to bring their own mat. After school school snack is provided.

Investment: $295 per session (Tuesday or Thursday) or $545 (both days)

Ashley Tryba, RTY 500, CRYT

Ashley has been practicing for almost 20 years and her practice and philosophy have grown with her. Her curiosity in yogic philosophy and theory led to multiple trainings including a 200HR Training at Amrita Yoga and Wellness in Fishtown, as well as an alignment-based 200HR and 500HR training at Three Queens Yoga in Queen Village.

She also holds her trauma-informed yoga certification from Transformation Yoga Project and a 95HR Kids’ Training from Grounded Kids Yoga. Ashley empowers yogis to move in ways that remind them how powerful, flexible, and capable they are so they can get back out there into the world, off the mat, feeling and being their best
