11:00am-1:00pm: The Hero's Journey: Love adventure and rich stories about heroes that conquer their fears? Take this flow class inspired by the journey of the hero! From battling Warrior Poses and mystical arm balances to the enchantment of backbends, this class aims to challenge. Enjoy this whimsical blend of story and yoga that will get us out of our heads and into our bodies
2:30-4:30pm AIM TRUE: Set every practice, day and breath with the power of your intention. This lecture/class encourages us to tap into what it means for us to Aim True in our lives and to conquer fear to reach love. We’ll find our inner archer and physically manifest through asana what it means to be empowered, aware and compassionate. Creative sequencing will tackle the poses that we dread in order to come out stronger and fearless. Come join the hunt for our authentic selves. 1 hr lecture followed by flow. Please bring a journal.
5:00-6:00pm AIM TRUE Heart to Heart Reception with Kathryn (only open to attendees who reserve the Three Day Weekend). Kathryn discusses her new book, answers you questions and more.
11:00-1:00pm: Choose Only Love: Everything we do stems from a place of love and often all we need is a little reminder to get us back on that track. Backbends are the ultimate ticket to look fear in the face and react straight from our heart center. This love inducing flow will open your heart and shoulders preparing you for deeper backbends to remind you that anything is possible when we surrender. Once the heart soars the possibilities are endless!
2:30-4:30pm: The Moon & Back: Love your practice to the moon and back, but want to slow it down a little? This flow is infused with fluidity and movement, without that dramatic fire often associated with vinyasa flow. Expect the feel-good flow of heart expanders, hip openers, and constant movement to wring out anything weighing you down.
