POST-YOGA SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Very often I come home from yoga class and I am not sure what to eat. I want to nourish my body with good food but I also want to be full. Smoothies always seem to be somewhat of a happy medium of being healthy and wanting to eat a pizza.  My favorite way to make a smoothie is to check out my kitchen and see what is available. This was a pretty random blend of goodies but I wanted to share what I made!

Essentials:
1 ripe banana
1 cucumber (peel on)
juice of 1 small lemon
1/2-1 cup of fresh blueberries and rasberries
1/2 cup acai juice
1 single serving of coconut water

Add some ice sprinkle some fresh berries on top and ENJOY!
