Summer Beach Yoga

If you are going to be spending some time at the beach summer, use the sand as your studio. Grab your bathing suit and your friends and hit the waters edge with these few poses that will connect you to your core, open your hips and open your heart.  After this practice you can squat into your best malasana as you build a sandcastle or work your handstand under the sea.
